Valentines Day Menu offered Saturday, February 13 and Sunday, February 14.  Now taking reservations.

 

 

 

Prix Fixe $75 for Two

Includes one appetizer, two salads, two entrées and one dessert

Shrimp Bisque - A traditional favorite served with crème fraîche and basil infused olive oil

 

Baked Brie - Served with candied strawberries and roasted almonds finished with clover honey and mixed berry coulis

 

Saganaki - Flambé Kasseri cheese pan fried in extra virgin olive oil and extinguished at table with lemon juice

 

Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp - Black Tiger prawns wrapped in prosciutto and served with wasabi aioli and pomegranate glaze

 

Insalata

 

Chèvre  - Lightly breaded goat cheese medallions, caramelized pears, golden raisins, almonds, mixed greens and citrus vinaigrette served with grilled ciabatta bread

 

Ilene’s - Mixed greens, apples, toasted pistachios, and Oregon berries tossed in Italian dressing

served with grilled ciabatta bread

 

Via’s Roasted Beets - Roasted beets, gorgonzola and pears tossed in fennel blood orange vinaigrette served with grilled ciabatta bread

Valentine’s Cuscino* - Puffed pastry stuffed with sweet potato, portabella mushroom, caramelized onions and mascarpone cheese with basil pesto crème and red pepper coulis

 

Wild Roasted Salmon - Wild salmon with rosemary garlic roasted potatoes and baby spinach ragout topped with tangerine pasilla crème

 

Pan Seared Scallops - Served with wild mushroom risotto, oven-roasted tomatoes and crispy prosciutto finished with balsamic glaze and basil infused oil

 

Bistecca - Gorgonzola crusted Cascade sirloin served with potato galette, seasonal vegetables and roasted garlic-champagne aioli

 

Chicken Milanese - Lightly breaded chicken breast served atop Romano potato puree, sautéed spinach and plum tomatoes finished with apple balsamic crème

 

Pumpkin Gnocchi* - House-made gnocchi served with sautéed spinach, caramelized onions and gorgonzola crème with grilled ciabatta

 

Three Cheese Ravioli a la Forno* - Served with sautéed spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and spicy formaggio sauce
